Facilities:

• The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (additional charges apply for overuse, monitored with a meter).
• Kitchen fully equipped with: 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker (Dulce Gusto), blender, juicer, and toaster. 
• Free WIFI (Starlink)
• Smart TV and some Spanish channels (Steam services not included; guests can use their own accounts).
• Bedding, towels and pool towels are provided. Free replacement for stays longer than 7 nights.
• Extra-large refrigerator, in addition to the one in the kitchen.
• Washing machine.
• 6 sun loungers.
• Parasols
• Fireplace in winter months (first load of firewood included).
• Gas heaters (gas not included). 
• Baby equipment (available upon request, free of charge).
• Pets are welcome to join the party, but they must send us a formal request with their best "pawsome" argument for why they deserve a spot in our pet-friendly paradise! 🐾
